Bijish has over 20 years of experience in material modeling and manufacturing process simulations including development of non-linear thermo-mechanical FE solvers. The key processes were within welding, additive manufacturing, hot forming, rolling, forging, etc. within the domain of aerospace, metal producers, and automotive. Developing material models that cover a wide range of temperature and strain rates are paramount in modeling manufacturing chains. He has worked with material systems that include titanium alloys, steels, nickel alloys & aluminum alloys.

Timo has over 25 years of experience from structure analysis connected to mechanics, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics and software development. This in different phases of the entire product development process. He has worked with space, aviation, machinery, nuclear power, shipbuilding, healthcare, hospital instruments, and optics.
